Thermoflow offers heat tracing solutions for various industrial segments, from the supply of materials to the complete installation of the system. Thermal insulation is part of the system to preserve heat,
and is necessary for the proper functioning of the system.
How our system works
The electric trace system controls the temperature of pipes and tanks, preserving their physical and chemical characteristics. It adjusts the heat required to maintain the ideal temperature. Molecular expansion increases resistance and decreases heat output when the temperature rises, and the process reverses when the temperature drops, regulating the heat according to the environment and preventing overheating.

Labs use fabric heating jackets to remove moisture and heat devices, ensuring accuracy and ease of use. Alternatively, heating tapes are flexible and quick to use. Thermoflow also offers heating blankets and silicone beaker warmers for glassware.
